Having practiced criminal defense in the State of Connecticut, Attorney Joseph Bowman has extensive litigation experience. I practice in various areas of criminal law, including cases involving domestic violence, robbery, burglary, theft, DUI and other traffic violations,  trespass, vandalism, assault and battery,  juvenile crimes, and drug-related crimes.

I work closely with each client to make important strategic decisions at every stage of the criminal process, in order to prepare an effective defense. I can provide invaluable advice as to how to handle a police interrogation or investigation, what plea to enter, how to obtain a release on bail, whether to accept a plea agreement, whether to waive a jury trial, what witnesses to call, and whether to testify on your own behalf.

If you or someone you know has been charged with a felony or a misdemeanor, contact us to discuss your options.
